Mona Phillips
Broker/Owner
Mona began her career as a REALTOR® in 2004 with RE/MAX and by 2006, was among the top one percent, garnering the following awards along the way: 100% Club (2004, 2007), Platinum Club (2005), Chairman’s Award (2006) and Hall of Fame (2008). These prestigious awards are given only to those who produce annual sales far above the industry average. Her experience as a successful sales executive and real estate investor, along with her desire to help people, made real estate the perfect fit.
In the middle of 2008 - 2013, she developed a real estate company of her own called Elite Realty Group. She proudly trains her agents (veterans and new) with the foundation of “Focusing on Clients First”.
After carefully evaluating the industry Mona realized that Real Estate Agents could serve their business by obtaining more of the fees they earned. This became a mission of Agent/Consumer Empowerment. In 2013 to Present Mona decided to take this concept to another level by partnering as a franchisee with Realty ONE Group Inc. Today this 7th Franchisee Realty ONE Group Elite is heading up the East Contra Costa area with over 10% of the agent population.
